No, I absolutely agree, "being a pet owner, should not only be for the rich"!!!!!

I am a self employed (I hate the term "Handy-Man")!!!!!!!!

In this F'ed up economy, I've been spending a lot of time at home. Instead of at work!!!!!!!!!

My fav TV program is "The Dog Whisperer"!

It got me to thinking, it would really be nice to have a pet of my own.


Then I thought a little bit more...........!!!!!!!!!!!

I can barely feed my son, and myself!!!!!!!!!!!!!

How can I possibly take care of an animal, no matter what that animal may

be?!??!!?!??!!?!?!?!?!?!?!

There is a "GREAT FINANCIAL RESPONSIBILITY"!!!!!!!!!!!!

It's not just the purchase of the animal, or the food!!!!!!!!!!

They require much more than that!!!!!!


The healthiest of pets, require spaying, neutering, and various shots.


Not to mention, their need for a small, personal home, toys, etc..


Yes I absolutely agree, they require mental wellbeing,........

But they need sooooooooooooooo much more!!!!!


If a person can't afford to buy the pet.........


There's no possible way, they can afford to take of the pet!!!!!!
