Reply to "Global Warming"

Global Warming

While I am not familiar with the "facts"????? mentioned in that article, I don't buy for a second, "Man Is Not Guilty"!!!!!!

The destruction of our atmosphere.

The burning of the rain forrests.

The paving-over of the everglades, and other such wonders.

And many more "SINS" man has put to "OUR EARTH"!!!!

Man is INDEED "GUILTY"!!!!

Global warming, hoax, or not,

Mankind must realize, if we keep taking, and taking

From "Mother Earth", she's gonna stop giving what we ask for,

And give many things "We Can't Handle"!!!!!!!!!!!!

Tropical birds are extremely emotional Photo: DREW GARDNER
Fred, an African Grey parrot, was owned by George Dance, who had raised him from a chick.
After Mr Dance died nine months ago, Fred became depressed and bit off all of his neck feathers. He also began to bob his head up and down all day as a result of his low mood.
The bird has now been prescribed a twice-daily liquid dose of a bird-friendly version of Prozac, called Clomicalm.
George's widow Helen, from Somerset, told The Sun: "He has been in quite a state since my husband died.
"Fred was very close to George and became depressed."
According to experts, tropical birds are extremely emotional and the number who require anti-depressants is growing.
Late last year, a collie-Labrador cross called Winnie was given Clomicalm after it began to cry and pace nervously.
An animal behaviorist diagnosed Winnie with canine separation anxiety, and the mood-altering drug now helps her to cope.
There are many birds out there, who lost their loved ones, for countless reasons. Some of them might be looking at decades of frustration, and uselessness (is that a word?).
I implore you to to take a look at my blog on Adopt A Friend!!!!!!!
You might find a "life-long companion".
Take a look. What can it hurt???????

They Don't Know What They Say !!!!!!

They Don’t Know What They Say!!!

Things birds say

Don’t mean a thing.

What comes from their mouths

Is just mimicking.

Why then, when I leave

Does he say Bye-Bye?

Some time before nine

We Go Beddie-Bye.

When music is playing

He says Lets Dance.

The things he does

Put me in a trance.

The words they say

They don’t know the meaning.

Maybe they’re wiser

Than the Human Being!!!!!!
